The University of Louisville Dallas-Ft. Worth Alumni Club is hosting Hall of Fame Coach Denny Crum on Wednesday March 31, 2011 for a 25th anniversary celebration of UofL's 1986 NCAA Championship basketball win over Duke in Dallas.
This fundraiser for the UofL DFW Alumni Club Scholarship Fund will be held at 4-star rated Smoke Restaurant, which is led by 2010 Best Chef of Dallas honoree Tim Byres.
Catch up with Coach Crum while viewing an edited replay of the Cardinals' 72-69 victory, which was held at Reunion Arena on the very same date in 1986.
The event begins at 6:00 PM with a cocktail reception. Dinner follows at 6:45 PM.
Join other Dallas-Ft. Worth alumni and friends of the University to look back on a storied night in the school's athletic history and simultaneously benefit a great cause.
